Star is 30 years old, and an artist through and through. Her artwork has been showcased in many fine museums and galleries.

In addition to her talent as a painter, Star is also a wheelchair dancer. She has choreographed dance pieces for the Matheny's "Wheels in Motion" program and was honored in 1999 as a participant in the 'Emerging Choreographers Showcase'. She has performed several times with the Roxey Ballet Company's performance of the Nutcracker Ballet.
